Captain Quinn Bayle

I’ve felt at home on the water for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I joined family and friends on fishing trips targeting everything from trout and panfish to northern pike. We explored local creeks like French, Oil, and Brokenstraw, as well as inland lakes including Edinboro, Canadohta, and Findlay.
Those early experiences built a lifelong connection to the water.
In 2011, I purchased my first boat and began pursuing walleye on Lake Erie — and what started as a pastime quickly became a true passion. By 2013, I was an active member of S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie and the Erie Sport Fishing Association. I also began competing in tournaments, serving as both captain and crew over the past 13 years, earning multiple first-place finishes along the way.
I’ve logged thousands of miles on the water in all conditions, continually refining my piloting and fishing skills. After years of experience and dedication, I knew it was time to take the next step and become a charter captain — turning my passion into a profession.
Today, I’m proud to share that passion with others. When you step aboard, you’re not just booking a trip — you’re joining me for an exciting, hands-on fishing experience. I’m committed to working hard to ensure your charter is safe, successful, and filled with memories that will last a lifetime.
